They have switched facilities more times than I can count and they worsened my grandfather’s condition. They said the charges were 4000 turn around and we are being charged 5500. In their package they stated physical therapy sessions were included and doctor consultations. They moved without prior notice and we are still trying to locate a proper phone number to contact them. AVOID THIS FACILITY AT ALL COSTS!
