We just had our yard replaced by Orlando Sod, and let me say they were an excellent partner in our quest for a new look. From the sales team to the GM's personal correspondane with me to make sure we were all on the same page. Orlando Sod helped us, clear the old sod, lay covering, and Chris with the hand stump removal as to not allow the grinder machine to tear up my small yard was above and beyond. Just wanted to leave some experience for what it is worth. I think for the most part the end product was good, Chris and his team who did the removal and install had to complete in one day, they were awesome. I think there are two components to a company, the service and product. My service side wasn't great. The sales rep and I walked my yard and went over what I wanted to have complete and told me he would include part of the right side of the house to lay sod with the extra pieces.
