Update: I changed my review from 2 stars to 1 given how the owner tried to blame me instead of addressing his staff member. I was extremely forthcoming, I had no problem answering every question they had directly. Yet when I asked questions back, many responses were that they weren't sure and that I should book an appointment I was considering coming down after our phone call as I'm always inclined to change my review but given your response to this I think I'll pass.
