Do NOT rent here. Worst experience ever. On Thursday, I rented a 10x10 storage unit to store my 5x8 trailer. When I arrived on Friday at 7 PM, they gave me a smaller unit than what I originally rented, which obviously would not fit my trailer. I immediately called the property manager and left two messages. I waited over two hours and never received a call back. I then called customer service and waited 45 minutes on hold, only for them to tell me the property manager might be there tomorrow. Just recently rented a 11 x 24 unit and so far this has been one of the better experiences I’ve had with a storage unit company. The property manager (Tyler) was very friendly and he took the time to ensure my storage needs were being met. This is a climate controlled facility and I am very impressed with how clean and neat things are. Thank you again for the awesome customer service Tyler!
Very pleasant experience it was quick I actually did the reservation in the parking lot and they were very friendly and pleasant when helping me with the moving big shout outs to tie and Jeremy very very pleasant and easy to deal with I would recommend this site
