Not all the staff is stupid. The Doctors were all great very professional and caring. Will to listen to issues and work with you on your care plan. The Nursing staff. The day shift nurses seem to have more knowledge then the night shift. The patient care techs are the same. Some have a hard time listening to instruction like no one in the room between 10 pm and 6 am. They for some reason they come in at 2 am to drain catheter bags and 5 am to remove trash. I am submitting this on behalf of my mother Jean A. After a fall in her home, she was transferred here from the ER. No one wants to be in a Rehab Facility, but if it is necessary, Orlando Rehabilitation Hospital is the place to be. She was in the facility for 11 nights. From check-in to discharge, there was nothing but praise for the doctors, nurses, rehab therapists, and medical assistants, and the food was pretty good. She even met John the CEO a few times. THANK YOU ALL...for the compassionate care you provided mom!!!!!
Great experience. The employees are so considerate, welcoming, & pleasant. The food is surprisingly good for facilities. I would recommend it to anyone who is in need of rehab.
My mom was serviced at this rehabilitation facility. I appreciated the staff and how they took great care of my mother. The PT team was VERY professional and caring. Thank you Orlando rehab. I will definitely recommend this place to others. ❤️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
