⭐ 0 Star I worked at this property management company for over a year, and it was one of the worst work experiences I’ve had. Employees are micromanaged, talked about behind their backs, and treated with zero respect. The owner Jason Myers and Mary Barker are dishonest and manipulative — especially Mary, who often lies and acts hypocritically. DO NOT RENT ANY PROPERTY WITH THIS GROUP 🚩🚩 I wish that I could give zero stars, truly. Right now, 9/17/25 9:50 AM an employee named LA ACOSTA just hung up on me because I finally called her myself after getting the run around through emails since 7/29/25. They ignore you and hope that you will give up on getting your deposit back and fraudulent claims were made on my deposit.
AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE! This place is filled with people you can barely get a hold of.. makes you wonder if anyone actually works there! You have an issue with something? Be prepared to get a YouTube video on how to fix it yourself. You have a fridge infested with insects? Be prepared to foot the bill. They're crooks! We've had an issue with our sliding glass door that they've come in about 3 to 4 times to fix and still haven't fixed it. We had a fridge that was infested with insects.
