I’ve been going to this place for a bit, but my experience with Dr. Paramonte has been very disappointing. She didn’t seem to know how to do her job properly and was quite rude during our sessions. Instead of showing empathy or willingness to help, she was dismissive and made me feel like I was bothering her. After a couple of sessions, she simply told me it was “almost impossible” to help me. I have been seeing Dr Byrd for 8 months. She has been caring and supportive during my treatment. Dr Byrd has been patient with my slow progress. With adjustments and a new medication she has giving me a better quality of life. Thank you so much.
