I am a new patient to seeing Dr Gernert and I am totally impressed with how much time he takes with me, listens and really cares. I already feel he has shown more initiative than my former pain dr. He is sending me to the best imaging facility although it’s a distance away it’s so worth it. Thank you Dr Gernert!
Just so excited to share my first visit with Dr Gernert. As soon as I walked in I felt I was in a happy place with all of the creative decor, bright colors and my style of music. When I met with the dr I was given his full attention and did not feel rushed as he eased my mind and I felt open with him. He is going to start with a conservative approach to treat my daily pain struggles. I felt so comfortable there also with the very pleasant staff. I’m very happy I was led to Dr Gernert and look forward to him treating me.
I never in my 56 years of life I've ever said these words, I enjoy going to the doctor's office. Dr. Gernet and his staff are just not great professionals, but genuine super people. I don't know that they realize how much that means to patients, but it makes sometimes unpleasant treatments (let's be honest, getting needles jammed in your back is not really designed to be enjoyable, lol), much more tolerable. I started seeing Dr. Gernert for extreme back pain about a year ago after my previous pain management Dr. had left the practice and moved out of state. I was on morphine every eight hours for the last ten years and OxyContin every eight hours for years before that. My exsperiance at Orlando pain was the best thing I’ve ever done. Dr gerner is great he helped me big time with my pain and the office is perfectly clean the staff is excellent and very courteous nothing but great results a whole less pain so thankful to the dr and staff.
