I’ve been seeing Dr. Gernert for several months for severe pain from herniated disc issues, and I truly can’t say enough good things about him and his team. Waited over an hour in the patient room after my appointment to be seen by the doctor and was seen for 1 minute and he didn’t review my imaging. A week later and I still can’t access my patient record and when I call and speak to someone at the front desk, she can give me no answer as to when I can expect my record to reflect in the patient portal, talks over me, slammed the phone down and argued with me all because I said it’s not ok that I was seen a week ago and still can’t access my patient records for my PCP. Dr Gernert and his staff are GOD SENT! Dr. Gernert has went above and beyond for my son! Not only does he manage his pain physically, but he also genuinely cares about him and his well being as well as mine. I have never had a doctor go above and beyond the way he has. We will forever be greatful for all he has done to help us through these trying times.we were struggling financially and he made a way for my son to still get the care he needed . Everyone there is kind and helpful. I have had terrible back pain for a long time.Dr Gernert went over and above to treat me the same day. I am so grateful. I’m feeling so much better today! I highly recommend this practice.
