I have been treated by Dr. Gerard for many years and have felt heard and also received excellent treatment for my pain. The reason for the one star is the billing lady talked badly about me while on speaker phone to the office staff. She now has a note on my account about a past due balance that keeps changing and is not answering calls. This is unacceptable to withhold care or a referral to patients that are under your care.
Best experience, Best care and Best overall treatment of my 93 yr old dad and myself! Dr Gernert and staff are super caring and compassionate. Highly recommend this practice for pain management.
Wish I could put zero stars. To reply for Cheryl - you’re correct Dr. Gernert is very racist and anti-Semitic wanting only “white Anglo Saxon Protestant” staff and patients. He has shouted my personal health info across the office- a violation of HIPAA - allowing all staff and waiting patients to hear. As a 42 year old adult with 6 college degrees including a PHD was required to have my husband attend as well as my parents. Seriously. My 80 year old parents.
