The folks in pre-op and recovery were wonderful. My wife and I were especially appreciative of Mike in recovery. The center itself was immaculate, and the equipment looked newer and well maintained.
I had a very positive experience at the surgery center with my ORIF ankle surgery. 10/10. They came right to the door with a wheelchair so I wouldn't have to manage with crutches. Check-in went smoothly and the check-in staff there were friendly ànd helpful and answered all of my questions. I waited less than 5 minutes when the nurse came out and took me back for pre-op procedures. She was friendly, kind and attentive. She made me feel at ease about everything since I was so nervous. Just had a knee arthoscopy procedure with Dr Ruess. Every experience I have had with orlando orthopedics has been very positive. It was my first time having anesthesia and I was very comfortable all though I was having some anxiety about it. My pre op nurses Cindy and Nancy were amazing. I think that's what their names are.
