The reason I gave it 3 stars is because I came at 7 am for an 8am appt. I had an 8 am and an 8:30 am appt. I didn’t get seen till around 8:30 because the tech just got there. I’m patient but this is ridiculous. Why give me an 8 am appt if I am going to be seen at 8:30 because the tech just got there. Totally disgusted. I got there at 7 because of transportation. But I understand waiting till 8 or the latest 8:15 but no I sat there to be seen at the time of the second appt. To be seen for 7 minutes. It was to see a tech to gi... read more
The Lake Nona location is absolutely superior! I worked with Valerie, Sharon and Rachel during my sessions. The entire staff is so friendly and warm. Everyone is great at what they do. Although I was attending due to knee issues, going to PT was often the highlight of my day. I HIGHLY recommend them because of the amazing and caring staff !
I have been coming here since last year and the team has been extremely patient, caring and helpful throughout the team. From the front desk with Alejandro, Cristina, Wanda and certainly Elisa positive attitude every time I see her. The therapy team is one of a kind and is doing an amazing job getting my back to where I need to be. I can NOT say enough good things about Dr Vandyke his team, I go to the Lake Nona location. Elisa at the front desk is Amazing!!! The PT group Jeanine, Valerie and Sharon the BEST!!!
