Dr. Hartman is no longer with the office, but I was very satisfied with the PA, Lisa Sonberg. She explained my MRI results and listened patiently to my six-year journey with my condition, pain, and symptoms. She made some recommendations that my other doctors had not offered. I give the office a 5-star for her being there. Otherwise, I would give the office a 3 as they were not very responsive during scheduling and more about conducting their business than caring for patients.
On a positive note I was able to be seen quickly. I fell and fractured T12. I saw Jessica , Dr. Ghandi’s nurse practitioner. She ordered an MRI and suggested a procedure but first needed to see the MRI results. Dr. Ghandi was not going to be available until 2/11. I asked to see another doctor. Was told once I “started” with a doctor I had to stay with him. Remember I never saw the doctor. Was told I could fill out a form asking Dr. Ghandi to release me from his care.
