The mid age female front office staff needs to improve her customer service skill. Stone cold face and no willingness to help. We had apt but still waited for almost an hour when others who came later than us already called in. I approached her, and asked what’s going on, she did not show any professional gestures to explain the situation, just “they will call you soon”. Doctors who won't help someone WITH insurance in dire need because another doctor saw me 3 months ago. Make THAT make sense.
I was told by a Dr. here that they couldn’t help me. When I requested a CT scan with rotation, I was told they don’t know what that is or even how to order it. I just had a full conversation with AI about Craniocervical instability and atlantoaxial instability, and the first thing it recommended was to get a dynamic CT with rotation. It also commented to try Dr. Fraser Henderson (who only takes out of network PPO) or go to Uf Health or Mayo Clinic. I am completely confused that this PA thinks she’s smarter than an anesthesiologist at Vanderbilt hospital. I had a 9 AM appointment today new patient appointment need to arrive 30 minutes early per email. I was on time the staff was late and rude. They offer no apologies when the The physician assistant that I had an appointment with arrived, she literally walked in.
