So my friend and i went here for a service. There was a special for $25 consultation. My friend had an appointment. So they asled her to pay the $25 which she used her credit card. She only authorized $25 received a receipt for said amount. Signed the penpad agreeing to receiving the privacy act/ hippa pamphlet.
