We booked around trip. From the airport pick up was fine. Then from the hotel to airport trip the driver didn’t even show up. I called the owner to ask, he said the driver called and I didn’t answer he canceled our book. I got one New York number called in the morning, no voice message or text. The service is very unprofessional do not recommend to use for car service.

Do yourself a favor and skip this company. Maybe this is the less expensive company, most likely they will curse you over the phone and hung up the phone. Now we are in a taxi! Ruin our first night!

Terrible experience and company appears to have have multiple names/email addresses. I made an online reservation 3 months in advance of our flight to MCO for transportation to Port Canaveral, as a surprise for our family. I received an automated email confirmation that included phone numbers and emails to contact if we had questions. I tried to contact them 3 days before our flight to confirm our reservation, flight details and arrival times but never heard back from them. We had a great experience! Our limo was right on time at the airport, and our driver Mike was really friendly. We surprised the 4 kids with us and he really amped up the energy for them. They even upgraded our limo to a fancier version than I ordered. What a great way to start our Disney vacation!

Called and offered to pick us up early since we arrived earlier than expected. Driver very courteous and professional. 1 year old baby promptly fell asleep, perfectly happy. Limo clean and awesome. My kid is over the moon to be riding in a limo to Disney World! Such a great experience all around!
