Everyone was great here. Did a good job. Loved the video while I waited. Lisan was informative and kept me informed.
Another awesome experience- my 5th time! I have a 21 Kia Soul that I get serviced here. Sonnia was super helpful getting my oil change completed in a timely manner. Alijah was really friendly in the service center while we waited. She refilled the snack and drink station, made sure the TV was playing, and chatting up customers while they wait. 10/10 recommend!
Negative five stars. I brought my $40k Stinger in for an oil change. They set my appointment at 1. I brought it in and they said it won't be until 4:00 before they can get to it. And when I asked why it was scheduled like that, she played the victim like it wasn't her fault. The next day when I get my car back there is nasty gum like goo on my car, in two places. This place has no respect for you or your vehicle. Stay away!
