Currently, I am inpatient at Advent Health Orlando, as I have been for the last 8 days. I have had the pleasure and blessing to have Dr Satya Kurakula as my hospitialist coordinator of care. I have had many different admissions, Dr Kurakula stands above the rest. She sets the bar high for anyone to come near. Each night I go through all my labs avaialble at bedside, write down any question, and the next day she has no problems going through each of each. good experience with md but terrible experience with office. will be getting a new primary.
While the doctors in this clinic are excellent, they don't see patients. The rest of staff is absolutely horrible including the nurse practitioner and the front desk. After being with them around 10 years, my wife I are going somewhere else. On the top of awful customer service they overcharged us....we still waiting for the refund.
Unprofessional APRN N. Reda, spoke in a demeaning way, aggressive and became upset that I didn't want to disclose vaccine/flu information. Didn't want to listen and asked me to leave. I could not file a complaint and the front desk and a supposed manager who initially took my vitals stood behind ARNP, was not interest in wanting to listen. Odd experience still in aw I have never been treated this way. To all, please find a better place for care. Phone staff is beyond rude would not listen and hung up on me as I tried to explained what I needed medically. No help here at all won't if bother to listen to you just hangs up.
