My nurse practitioner APRN Parul Patel was amazing. She was very kind, sensitive, and helpful. She took her time with me when I was terrified about a procedure. She gave me my results immediately. She made sure I understood everything every step of the way. I transferred here after a miserable experience with a horrible surgeon at UF Health in Gainesville. I’m so glad I did. Professional, empathetic and their front office staff and phone center are also amazing. I would send any family member or friend.

Very bad experience, I made my appointment more than a month in advance, during that time they called me to verify my insurance, and one day before the appointment when I had already requested leave from work, they called me and told me that they do not have the medical record and that they must cancel the appointment without the medical record, I told them why they had not called me before and the girl told me that only she speaks Spanish and that since I do not speak English no one could call me, I told her if I speak Engl... read more
