So my friend goes to Dr. Phillips hospital, only to get her APPLE watch stolen, from one of the techs, or nurses, and they kept saying it was lost, it was missing and didn't want to help her, security said, they will not be responsible because she should have kept it with her when they moved her, but when she went back to try and look for it, the nurses said , oh we already cleaned up in there , you don't need to go back in there... I came into the hospital and my Apple II series watch was stolen. The hospital doesn’t want to take any responsibility. I believe the tech Melanie stole my watch and now they are brushing it under the rug. My last time coming here -they confused a skin infection when it was a fracture delaying my healing process. I would recommended you not coming here unless you want your belongings stolen and nothing is done. Shame on you, Orlando Health!!
Would encourage EVERYONE to stay clear of this sorry facility!!!!! WORST care EVER!!!!! Idiot nurses that don't even know what they don't know!!! 4th floor nurses were HORRIBLE!!!!!!
Beware if you have a high deductible plan. The first Dr. I saw ended up referring us to another Dr. within the same practice. 2 consultations and an X-ray is costing me $727 after insurance paid their half. The total bill was $1286. I ended up going with a different practice for my daughters surgery. I can tell you I never paid more than $130 for an office visit at a different medical group.
