This past Friday, I received my preliminary biopsy results from Dr. Juan Escalon: lymphoma. The full pathology report is due this week. I am just beginning my journey, but I feel I'm in the best hands. The UFHCC staff was very wonderful to me during the o/p procedure!
I cannot even begin to express how wonderful the facility is. Everyone from our doctors (torro-sera & Johnson) to the valet parking guys. Everyone remembers your face and is very welcoming and warm. Very serious about getting you on your way to recovery! It made a hellish experience much easier with all your care and consideration!!

I just love this place
My husband is currently under the care of Dr, Thomas, Dr. Ramakrishna and Dr. Nick....we have been extremely pleased with the professionalism of the entire staff and are so pleased that we selected this facility for my husbands treatment. I was given the absolute best care any patient can ask for. The Thoracic Team led by Dr. Jennifer Tseng and Dr. Luis Herrara saved my life without sacrificing my quality of life. I was diagnosed with Stage IV Thymic Carcinoma in 2014 and my future looked grim until I arrived at UF Cancer Center. I'm thankful and grateful that we have access to such wonderful doctors!
This is my cancer center they helped save my life. Everyone is very nice very sweet very loving very kind starting from when you walk onto the property to you walk back off.
Dr Nakita Shah and her entire staff is the most understanding, professional and compassionate group of individuals I have ever met. They made my experience very painless and I would recommend her to anyone battling cancer.
