Never seen such incompetence from any organization. A physician quits your network and after hours and hours on the phone the best solution to get a diabetic medication is wait 7 months for an appointment and bc my dr has left I’ll be without medication for 7 months. You should be sued and liable for your corruption and incompetence.
I agree with the previous posts that most of team members in the Human Resources are rude. I called for information I needed and I felt like I was bothering the HR employee. It was so bad I decided to end the call and maybe try at another time to get my information. I find it extremely disappointing to have an healthcare company that does not track their team member satisfaction when they call their HR reprentatives.
