If you go to this ER and they do or get something wrong there is no accountability. Do NOT take your family or yourself to this ER. The bill. My family will avoid this facility at all cost. My wife went there for a routine outpatient procedure. The anesthesia bill alone was $ 5250. AETNA says the charge is high and they will not cover it.

My insurance (AETNA) said the charge for anesthia services was high and will not cover it - the charge for anesthestia services was $ 5250. That does not include the charge for the medical procedure itself.
This is the best hospital Ive ever been in. The nurses and doctors are wonderful!

A few years back my father went in just for a check up. They found he had 3 blocked arteries in his heart. He said he felt fine and wanted to leave. They didn't let him. If he would've left. that day, he wouldn't be with us today. They transferred him to the hospital in Orlando where he had a bypass done. St. Cloud Regional Medical Center saved my father's life and I'm proud to now be part of their team. I start my new job on Monday!! 🙏❤

Being told I have a blood clot then being forgotten about for an hour and a half and still counting is ridiculous. Also, had a male nurse make a disturbing comment. Said “the female and the tech will be doing the pelvic exam, don’t be disappointed that it’s not me”. On top of him blowing my vein leaving it extremely painful. I don’t recommend this place at all!
