Amy was very attentive and efficient in dealing with the problems that occurred.
Went to this hospital on April 28th in the afternoon and I had a very disappointing experience at this office. After informing the front desk that I was having chest pains and severe abdominal pain, I was met with laughter from the two woman front office staff, which was completely inappropriate and unprofessional. When I spoke with a nurse, I was told that he “didn’t have time” to help me, despite the seriousness of my symptoms. I then waited over two hours before being evaluated. Two and half hours wait for an X-ray that took al of 5 minutes is unacceptable. The hospital is NOT busy that’s why I go there for labs
