I do not recommend this practice. Despite being an established patient at another location within the same practice, I was incorrectly scheduled as a new patient when the appointment notification clearly stated it was for completing a form. The doctor refused to review my existing patient history in the system and insisted I schedule a separate appointment just to have my form completed - something that could have easily been handled in a single visit. The staff here and Dr. Pacheco made sure I was heard and got me taken care of. I showed up and dumped a year's worth of stress and unsolved medical issues on all of them and they stood up and helped get me where I needed to be. I even had a paperwork issue and they came in clutch to save the day and get it worked out. I can't thank them enough for what they have already done so far. I highly recommend them!
Dr. Alessa is such a sweet dr, she is very friendly and professional.
