Today I was treated rudely and unfairly by the whole team at the front desk and the office manager. I was scheduled to be seen today and turned away even though the provider takes my insurance . I was told it was a conflict of interest but no other details. When I called to speak with the manager I explained how I was turned away and denied services and she offered to reschedule me.
