very poor customer service.
Terrible Doctors office. Specifically Dr Panchal. Uncaring Doctor who prioritizes ego over Patient care. His medical opinions were contrary to other specialist at Orlando Health.
Seriously dismissive disposition towards a patient's health. Very disappointing for a health care provider.
My daughter has been coming here for a few months now, everyone on the pediatric team is very friendly like Deborah, Erika, Dr. Gagliano, and Lizmari. The only associate my family and others I’ve heard that usually have a bad experience with is someone by the name of Raikwona or Rai for short, but everyone else I’ve listed has had an excellent experience with and it’s worth 5 stars.
