Madison Tyler APRN and the entire staff at Orlando Health Physician Associates Lake Mary have been outstanding in the transition from our previous primary care provider. Ms Tyler took time to review our past medical history , was very friendly , professional and showed true care for our future health. Straight To The Point : I told her I didn’t want to know the sex of my baby . She said “ he’s going to be a handful “ needless to say I didn’t have a gender reveal . Didn’t really care for the comment . Also my very last appointment also felt rushed the pictures weren’t the best . Definitely not the best experience as a first time mom .
I called to get a first appt scheduled after just finding out I am pregnant. The lady on the phone was very stern and her tone of voice didn’t make me feel comfortable in any way. She made me aware that since I don’t know the last date of my period that they wouldn’t be able to see me until 4 weeks from now. I mentioned that I would go to the hostpital to get a ultrasound done and she said well then we won’t be able to help you at your appt cause insurance only covers one ultrasound per so many weeks. Ultrasounds - they double book appointments and you will wait an hour. Happened numerous times, others in lobby confirmed, the Lake Mary location is always like this.
This office is great. Dr. Kuzma is the best. First visit but I can tell she was ready to help me in anyway she could. The doctor listened to my concerns and was very open in talking about my treatment with me. She asked what I felt comfortable with and what we do for the next steps. Great bedside manner. I referred her to a friend so we will both be back. Thanks doctor Kuzma!
