I wasn’t sure where to leave a review for my visit at the laboratory for this location so I’ll leave it here. The phlebotomist at the laboratory Paula is a true professional! I’m a hard stick but I think that girl can get blood out of a rock! I have been 3 times since she’s started and I’m always in and out with fast and friendly service, one poke! I have seen Dr. Perry for over 21 years and he delivered both my children. I recommend him every chance I get. It is really important, however, that the first point of contact be knowledgeable, empathetic and patient-focused. In recent years, on more than one occasion I’ve been taken aback by the lack of that from the women answering the phone calls - from other women. I had an appointment at 8AM with DR Monica Giurgis, I arrived with my child at 7:30AM and while the front desk secretary was there and could clearly see us, she chose to ignore us and let us wait standing for 30min outside in the heat instead of letting us in and wait inside the waiting room of the practice. This is really frustrating and upsetting and shows a lack of empathy and compassion for patients and makes the entire practice look bad….

I took my dad to his new doctor appointment and this was the new office we went to today for the first time to see Dr, Williams, the two lady in the front checking us in was very kind and sweet! But then we were dealt with Suzanna, who was very rude and not a pleasant person! we heard her saying something when one of the front lady was telling her that we spoke mandarin and she was like are you kidding me? Pregnant mommies beware! I called the obgyn office of Dr. Peter Perry to schedule an appointment as a new patient on 1/16/2025 at 4:05 pm. The call did not go well. This office refused to accept me as a patient based on a few questions the woman at the front desk asked about my health. They said I was considered high risk based on my responses.
