I'm completely disappointed and frustrated with the administration of this practice since 2020. My daughters have been patients of Dr.Fields for 14 years and they feel comfortable with her she is a great doctor. As for administration they frankly do not care if I transfer them to another doctor. The practice manager basically said let us know and we'll have the records ready for you. Very Nice
I want to start off by saying Dr. Fields is absolutely amazing as a doctor and individual. BUT the office management is such a nightmare that I’ve had enough to finally decided I have to leave this practice! My son is 2 years old and this has been his pediatrician office since birth and things have been fine. Now that my son is older and the well visits are less forget about relying on this office for sudden sickness and requesting check ups or referrals.
