The rudest, most disrespectful and argumentative assistant manager I’ve ever met. I had one simple question about an OV the provider requested to discuss my visit of last week. I tried to explain the reasoning behind it and the assistant manager was absolutely disrespectful, no professional work ethic or customer service skills.
