We had an excellent experience in the Emergency Room. From the moment we arrived, the Guest Services staff treated us with kindness, compassion, and professionalism. This review is specifically for the Cath lab team and nurses. I had a procedure done this week and Elizabeth my electrophysiologist nurse was angel sent from heaven, she kept me calm and was wonderful throughout the procedure , and also my post op nurse Michelle, she took care of me every minute , if my monitor made a noise she was right it, she checked my incision sites all the time, took my walks ! I had a wonderful experience and could no recommend this hospital more ablation procedures.
