I traveled to this hospital to have a surgery that is not available to me where I live. I was feeling anxious about the surgery because like all surgeries there are risks for complications. I want to express my gratitude for each professional person who took care of me during my stay. All of them were kind, caring, professional, and empathetic. I just spent my second stay at ORMC in the month of May. The first was 5 days in intensive care after vascular surgery. I was surprised at the amount of concern and care I received from the nursing staff and doctors. I would highly recommend ORMC to anyone in need of hospitalization.
The nursing staff were wonderful from the ER to being admitted and throughout my stay. Everything in my care was clearly explained and any questions promptly answered. Noone wants to be in the hospital but if you have to be ERMC is a great!
