The Nero department was extremely excellent Jason was great kind friendly and helpful staff members sweet people spent my birthday with great people all the nurses were extremely helpful and professional and friendly I enjoyed my stay blessed all 🙏🏽 of them
Room 645A bathroom is full of mold, is not safe for the patients to smell and use that bathroom
Team at hospital were excellent though follow-up has been trying. Dose of one medication I was told in hospital is different than prescribed and still cannot reach anyone of my in-person hospital team for clarification. Called to set up post-hospitalization care and phone rep cannot find my neurologist aka provider and hung up on me while trying to find her.
