On January 30th, I went to Orlando Health Physician Associates Spring Lake because I had a severe cough after Flu A and an ongoing fever. Chavel Blair, APRN, listened to me and said that I was completely healthy. She even joked that my lungs were cleaner than hers and told me that next time I should just do a tele-visit instead of coming into the office. Quiero agradecer profundamente a la señora Janet Mollie, quien me realizó el ultrasonido. Desde el principio hasta el fin, su atención fue espectacular. Su manera de recibirme, su experiencia y la forma tan clara y paciente con la que me explicó cada parte de mi bebé hicieron toda la diferencia. Me hizo sentir muy informada, tranquila y feliz al saber que mi bebé está creciendo y desarrollándose bien. Gracias, Janet, por tu profesionalismo, calidez y humanidad. Sin duda, una experiencia hermosa que llevaré conmigo.
All this years coming to this facility never eve12pm an once the appointment on time. It qdoesn't matter I came early 15 or 30 minutes, they always pushed back to call me in on time. It's been 1 hour I've waited still they haven't call me yet. It's getting worse and worse every year. What's the point to make an appointment but still late call in?? The receptionist is rude and not helping. Such a disappointment!! Unhappy customer/patient.
While the facility is clean and my appointment was quick and easy that is all I have to say positive ! I spoke to the technician for a dexa exam stating it’s to compare d’or evaluation of medical therapy. At no time was Intild they could not compare as my exam prior was at their other office and the machines are different . I have called over a week now , my physicians office called and they only offered and addendum to the report which compares an exam from 7 years ago !!!
