All this years coming to this facility never eve12pm an once the appointment on time. It qdoesn't matter I came early 15 or 30 minutes, they always pushed back to call me in on time. It's been 1 hour I've waited still they haven't call me yet. It's getting worse and worse every year. What's the point to make an appointment but still late call in?? The receptionist is rude and not helping. Such a disappointment!! Unhappy customer/patient.

While the facility is clean and my appointment was quick and easy that is all I have to say positive ! I spoke to the technician for a dexa exam stating it’s to compare d’or evaluation of medical therapy. At no time was Intild they could not compare as my exam prior was at their other office and the machines are different . I have called over a week now , my physicians office called and they only offered and addendum to the report which compares an exam from 7 years ago !!! I wish I check the review before I make an appointment here and go there to waste my time. I have an appointment for a CT they give me the appointment for 4:45 pm a week before the appointment someone call me to confirm appointment and to let me know about my monetary responsibility the person offer me a payment plan that I was able to afford. 2 days before they call me to let me know that they need to change my appointment time because they don’t do it at that time now I have to leave earlier from work when I already ask fo... read more

The doctors here are a scam and only want your money DO NOT GO HERE. Forced to pay 2 bills here due to their negligence of sending something out of network. If you go here for an annual DO NOT SAY anything to the doctor or they will bill you random extra charges. They refused to change the code after multiple emails and phone calls. They just want to nickel and dime you for everything. Literally go anywhere else. I've had so much better care in the past before. This place does not care about its patients and it shows.
