This is by far the best hospital I've ever been to. I'm a retired Registered Nurse and have been very impressed by the number of board certified disciplines. It is spotless, from the moment of arrival everyone is so polite and helpful. Just an incredible place. We drive an hour and half to access superior treatment. We live only blocks from an HCA hospital. The drive is worth it.
It was an absolute pleasure to have Claudia Lorenco as my pre-surgery testing nurse. Her professionalism and kindness put me at ease during a potentially stressful time. Claudia explained every step of the process with clarity and patience, ensuring I felt well-informed and comfortable. Her gentle demeanor and reassuring words made the experience remarkably smooth. I highly recommend Claudia for her exceptional care and dedication.
I went to the emergency room for pain in my hip with more than 10 points of pain and I left with the same pain and without a DIAGNOSIS. They told me that I needed an MRI that they didn’t have (they could have done an X-ray to start with… but they didn’t)….
