It's totally unprofessional. They called me and took my copayment over the phone and said someone would reach out and schedule to drop off the equipment within 7 days. Over a month later, I had to reach out to them, and they wanted to charge me again. I was on the phone with them for almost a half hour and still had not been able to schedule my sleep study. I still have to wait for their DRIVER to call me to schedule because the scheduling dept. only puts you on a list to be scheduled. Ridiculous. Please save yourself the tr... read more
Dr. Akula is good with the patients and staff is friendly and helpful.
scheduled my mom for labor day, then didn't inform us they closed. their call service talked to us like we were mentally ill and refused to pay us back the $20 Uber ride.
Gave me a 8:00am app and don't open until 9:00am and the elevator don't work very unprofessional place
