Best service and employees you could ever need!!!!
Multiple doctors and specialties are here. Cardiovascular lab is at the east entrance and it was a fast appointment for a heart ultrasound. Polite and informative staff. Free parking lot. Clean and organized facilities.
The staff at UHF left no stone uncovered while caring for me. I felt cared for and the medical care I received was phenomenal. The nurses in particular went above and beyond their duties to ensure the best possible patient care I've ever received. I would highly recommend this hospital.
Receptionist was really rude when I said I didn’t have my insurance card handy since it’s a new year. She rolled her eyes and huffed…weird
Tried to get an appointment. The woman answering the phone was extremely unpleasant. Short curt answers to questions about getting an earlier appt. Cut off questions mid sentence with one word answers. Then when called out letting her know she was being rather curt, she hung up on me. Guess they're scraping the bottom of the barrel for help these days. Thankfully Orlando Health is not the only provider in town. She should find a new job where there is no customer contact in any way!
