The staff at UHF left no stone uncovered while caring for me. I felt cared for and the medical care I received was phenomenal. The nurses in particular went above and beyond their duties to ensure the best possible patient care I've ever received. I would highly recommend this hospital.
Receptionist was really rude when I said I didn’t have my insurance card handy since it’s a new year. She rolled her eyes and huffed…weird
Tried to get an appointment. The woman answering the phone was extremely unpleasant. Short curt answers to questions about getting an earlier appt. Cut off questions mid sentence with one word answers. Then when called out letting her know she was being rather curt, she hung up on me. Guess they're scraping the bottom of the barrel for help these days. Thankfully Orlando Health is not the only provider in town. She should find a new job where there is no customer contact in any way!
Dr. Mohan and his staff are truly the best anywhere. The doctor is brilliant and his staff are dedicated and committed professionals. Been seeing the doctor for nearly twenty years and I'm tremendously grateful for his expertise. He stays up to date on all the latest procedures and medicines. In short, he's kept me alive. He's the best!
The first person I spoke to at this office was rude. I moved and I needed to change my primary, cardiologist, and lung doctor. My insurance had picked Orlando Health to change to. I was calling to see if any of the doctors were accepting new patients and I was told I would have to know the doctor's name. I have no idea which doctor is accepting new patients.
