These folks cancelled a diagnostic mammogram I had scheduled because they said I didn't need it. I hadn't even had a chance to discuss this procedure with my PCP. My experience with Orlando Health, primarily and their imagining department, in particular, has been abysmal.
Went in for bloodwork and had a great experience. The place is nice, but special shoutout to Kendra at the front desk! She was extremely kind, patient, and genuinely caring. She made me feel like I was being treated as a person, not just another appointment. Her understanding and willingness to help really stood out. I wish more employees approached healthcare with that same human touch. Thank you, Kendra!
First time at this location. The young ladies were friendly, gentle and sweet.
Arrived scared as heck over my mammogram (had painful experiences in the past) and Angel talked me through the whole process. She made it so easy and it was not painful at all! Thank you, Angel!
