Gave them my doctor's orders for a TSH Test and verbally asked for it at my appointment . Come to find out , it was not done at my appointment so now I have to use more PTO for an additional test somewhere else. Thanks for nothing. Won't be back.
Clean facility, kind staff. Shawna was gentle, efficient, and kept me distracted while she drew my blood. I also usually have people prick me over and over to find a vein. Shawna had experience with small veins and was able to get it right the first time which saved me a lot of anxiety! Grateful for her care!

Well, the woman taking my blood did a great job. I was extremely disappointed that I was not informed that this was a 12 to 14 hour fast for this particular test. When I asked why I was not informed the phlebotomist said that they don’t have time to notify each client of what is required. Forgive me this makes no sense. If the company taking the blood does not inform the patient of the parameters required for the testing.
