No wait time, very friendly staff. Clean and orginized.
Well, the woman taking my blood did a great job. I was extremely disappointed that I was not informed that this was a 12 to 14 hour fast for this particular test. When I asked why I was not informed the phlebotomist said that they don’t have time to notify each client of what is required. Forgive me this makes no sense. If the company taking the blood does not inform the patient of the parameters required for the testing. After having a terrible experience at LabCorp, I made an appointment for the first time here at labworks and I have to say it was a wonderful experience. I had an appointment I showed up promptly and I was called back within 3 minutes and I was out the door in 5 minutes. I was treated well and the staff was friendly. I will be using this office from now on for any lab orders. Thank you so much, I really appreciate it!
We took our daughter for her first labs, and it was a great experience. She came out not afraid of getting her blood drawn. Thank you for your patience and customer service today!
