I have used Jewett Orthopedic's convenient walk-in clinic 4 or 5 times now over the past few years, sometimes for acute orthopedic injury, and sometimes for treatment for a chronic condition. Sometimes walk-in clinics have a reputation for somehow being of lesser professional quality, but that is quite the opposite at Jewett! Been to the "walk-in" orthopedic clinic for two separate issues; one was chronic pain and one was the day after an ER visit for a broken arm and wrist. Both times the care was excellent, both times the wait was short (though, I would have understood if a patient with more emergent needs was taken first) the staff was helpful and professional. I was listened to, never felt rushed, and had all my questions answered. Couldn't have expected more - even if I was a Karen:)

The worst experience ever, again, can’t even get in to see the doctor. Arrive at 9 o’clock for 915 appointment. It is now 955 and you still half an hour late no notice no information. This happened to me three years ago for a shoulder. I went somewhere else. I thought I would try it again same result I would recommend someone going somewhere else than this place?

This place is a joke, ran by workers comp, maybe better if you are using insurance instead of workers comp.

I walked in Orlando Health Jewett Orthopedic institute here at Winter Garden rd. for my wrist pain without appointment and quickly I checked my self in with kiosk and front desk handed me some paperwork filled in and they took me in with in 10 minutes! After explaining my wrist pain they XRay next (next door) and right after xray Laura P.A was amazing and diagnosed quickly the problem and advised me to wear brace to protect my wrist for a while.
