Had an appointment at this location with Sanford Boaz APRN. Super cool person. Humor definitely helps ease a person nerves. He listened to my issues and was able to explain what I will need to do to get better. Office was super clean. Front desk very nice and welcoming. The nurse who did my initial assessment was great. X-ray tech was very friendly.
Called this place because I tore my Achilles tendon and need help for recovery. Lady that answered the phone wasn’t interested AT ALL. Wasn’t even sure if she was on the other line that’s how awful her customer service was.
Staff and therapist are wonderful BUT reaching them at this telephone in Google is horrible.
I love this place. Very easy to get an appointment, staff is always polite
