I love Dr Emerson and staff, except a few, that's why I'm writing this review. Long story short, you need to fire Christine and her friend. My cardiac and Endocrinologist both sent the clearance forms, and the next time you call someone Christine, you shouldn't be cursing, my phone picked up on you talking and you were just cursing and being non professional. Had an appointment at this location with Sanford Boaz APRN. Super cool person. Humor definitely helps ease a person nerves. He listened to my issues and was able to explain what I will need to do to get better. Office was super clean. Front desk very nice and welcoming. The nurse who did my initial assessment was great. X-ray tech was very friendly.
