I do not recommend. My mother was in extreme pain and they treated her as if she was seeking FMLA. There was no sympathy in this office. My mother is a person to never complain about pain so it took her a lot to ask me to drive her to a clinic asap. She received no relief here or guidance. We wasted our copay here and had to go to her PCP for help. I hope this office learns compassion!
I had the opportunity to go to the walk in Jewett in Saint Cloud FL a few days ago. Best experience ever! From the front desk to the PA and techs they were very caring, professional and sensitive to my concerns. I highly recommend this location. I went to thank the following staff members: John Lahr PA,Iris Torres FOA , Amanda Bezold, cheryl Thieman , Mariela and Mrs. Omadai Ramawad practice manager for that location. Thank you for all you. Amazing team and great customer service.
