I made an appointment to see Dr.Guttentag , who referred me out to physical therapy? But then quit the next week after my visit. And now that I call the office there is no record of ever me being sent to physical therapy. No records of my visit, according to the receptionist on the phone.This clinic is a mess. Had an appointment schedule with the hand surgeon M.D. Richard Gray at 10:30 am. Arrived in time and waited an hour before been called, the nurses took my vitals and I was left in the room waiting for the doctor until 1:pm. When I overheard the doctor saying outside the room that he would be leaving for in undetermined amount of time. When I asked the nurses what was happening they just replied “he is behind”. I had my surgery done by Roger Burns Gaskins III MD's and his PA- Darlene. They took their time to explain everything and answer all my concerns. The follow ups has been tremendous carring and compacionate. The office staff are very professional and wornderful team. All my treatments has been very clear and honest. I love my Dr and his staff. I would recommend them to everyone.

I felt that the appointment was rushed and my concerns were not heard and adequately addressed. I felt I was a burden on Dr. Cronen. Front desk was nice though and the nurse who checked me in.

One of the most incompetent places I’ve been to. Waited 2 weeks for this appointment only to come in and they tell me they did not send my authorization yet. If they can’t do that then not sure I would trust them care or possible surgery. Update: I gave them a 2nd chance and finally was able to see the P.A. He was very dismissive and said his knee popped too.The office is unprofessional (stereotypical loud) and the nurse chuckled when I said my weight. Won’t be going back and I don’t know how people go here willing.
