One of the most incompetent places I’ve been to. Waited 2 weeks for this appointment only to come in and they tell me they did not send my authorization yet. If they can’t do that then not sure I would trust them care or possible surgery. Update: I have them a 2nd chance and finally was able to see the P.A. He was very dismissive and said his knee popped too.The office is unprofessional (stereotypical loud) and the nurse chuckled when I said my weight. Won’t be going back and I don’t know how people go here willing.

Service was ok. Kind of rushing. I want my records to understand better what I have (they didn't give me time to process it). They have the worst system ever. It takes weeks. I called, they send a link, then weeks after Ciox Health sends an invoice. At the moment I haven't been able to pay for the invoice because the company can't assist. They have problems with the system and they don't offer another payment option. The system is not easy, and not friendly. I was expecting a better service from Florida Medical :(
