Wow! I’m a bit gobsmacked in a good way. Being a walk-in, my insurer told me I didn’t need a referral, of course my insurance company was incorrect. I expected of the standard delay, call my PCP, wait a few days for the referral, make an appointment. But their office staff stepped up, got straight through to my PCP office, and got the referral done. Took maybe five minutes, they got me into see somebody immediately. Wow! Didn't give me much help with my pain but ordered an MRI for me, it took a while for the insurance authorization in which i called them to ask them to have it expedited since I already had to reschedule my appointment twice but the provider (Neil Whitwam) refused. Then finally my insurance denied because of "not enough evidence that I need the exam", I asked them to appeal it with my insurance because i have dont 6 weeks of PT and 3 weeks of OT but Neil Whitwam refused because they "don't do peer to peers for people who came... read more
