Dr. Sanderson and his assistants are outstanding (Julie is efficient, kind and lovely). He is amazing and every way and I highly recommend him. Excellent doctor. Cynthia at the front desk was wonderful. On the other side of the building, the physical therapy department is absolutely great. Rose, Camilla, Vanessa, Jamie and the front desk staff are top notch and I highly recommend this location. Great team.

Terrible customer service experiences.... 2026 for a spine surgery institute, schedule you for a day where the doctor isn't even there lol oops we're sorry.... They also forgot to schedule an MRI appointment so my doctor's visit was invalid because it was for an MRI follow up lol.... Such simple things caused the utmost confusion for your staff and I'm so suggest you with my spine 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
