I felt very welcomed when I came to this facility. The front desk ladies were very nice and the whole process was smooth and easy, being my first time even. They called me in on time and Dr. Sophonie Jeune was extremely nice and answered all my questions.
Amazing staff, super clean facility. I went walk-in at 2pm on a Friday, there were about 15 people waiting. I checked in, waited about 2 minutes before being taken to have my xrays done. After the X-rays I waited about 2 more minutes before I was seen by the PA. Everyone was really nice, from the front desk to the clinical team.
They let me know that they would guarantee that I would be seen as long as I made it by a certain time and I was not seen. And I did make it on time. I also took off of work to get there on time.
