One of the worst customer service ever had from doctors and managers. I would never let these people operate on me. From doctor White to Manage Melide very aggressive services. They are very quiet to get you in a room to operate but will forget you after surgery. They will forget medication and they will forget who doctor will you be on. Worst part of all that your doctor might be in a different Orlando health location and will be impossible to reach out to them. That has been my experience.
Couldn’t believe I was able to come from my doctor’s office directly to the walk in clinic get x-rays and referral for PT all within 30mins?!!! Pleasantly surprised by the state of the art facility. Clean. Friendly staff. Alexis at check-in made my process of walk-in easy and fast! I am even choosing to do my PT here because I was so impressed.
Dr. J. Dean Cole is now in this facility. He has saved my life and my left leg. He is the best of the best Orthopedic Traumatologist Surgeons in the world.
