I was a patient under Dr. Bauer. I was treated horribly with no bedside manner, constantly complaining of pain in the same area after a bad fall. I was crying and begging for imaging was refused. Told me it was muscle damage to receive physical therapy next day. he denied my benefits. My other doctors could not believe the way I was treated. I was referred to Dr Nalley by Dr Cronen. It is hard for me to trust new surgeons because my first spinal fusion in 2002 (Ohio)caused quite a bit of internal damage. However, when Dr Cronen spoke highly of him, I knew I was in good hands. I just recently had my left SI joint fused. Dr Nalley"s work was flawless. I am waiting for the right side. Dr Nalley and staff were brilliant. He was very caring and educated me thru the entire process always gave me alternative suggestions after my back surgery I am cured. Thank you you are the best!
