Quick, pleasant,and skilled staff.
I visited the Orlando Health Imaging Center in Lake Mary for a CT scan and was assisted by Julie, Susan, and Monica. Their care was exceptional—each of them exemplified what healthcare should be. They explained every step of the process clearly and made the entire experience genuinely pleasant.
The experience of trying to schedule an appointment was so frustrating. I called sat on hold for 15 minutes, was told i had to email the order and wait for a call back. It should take 24 to 48 hours. I asked to speak to a manager, sat on hold another 15 mi utes, was told they were to busy but would call me back. Never got a call. Waited until thursday of the next week. Still no call to schedule.
