I was seen at Dr. P. Phillips hospital in March, 2020. I have requested an itemized billing statement 8 times!! Via phone and email! 8 times! I have received final billing statements and past due notices, but I have yet to receive the one thing I have requested 8 TIMES! It has been over 4 months since I was discharged. It is a violation of my patient rights to not disclose an itemized bill as requested! WHERE IS MY ITEMIZED BILL AND WHAT ARE YOU TRYING TO HIDE BY NOT SENDING IT????

🚨MAJOR ISSUE 🚨 😩 | A Nurse took it upon herself to make a decision to release my father (who had COVID & pneumonia), bc she felt like he looked fine and he didn’t seem sick and his basic vitals looked good to her. MIND YOU, no test were ran, nor was a doctor consulted before she called my brothers and I to say he can be released (which we weren’t going to have him go anywhere, bc we knew our father looked sick and was sick) We know how our father was.
