Would be 5 if the front desk employee who was sick would've left her mask on instead she took it off and now I'm coughing... otherwise doctors/staff all employees were caring..

I have been trying to call the billing office all day and they keep hanging up on me..I am being charged for something that was not done
After being treated and stitched up for serious dog bites on my legs the staff at the ER made me hop on the less injured leg to the front and to my ride , 20 wheelchairs outside and atleast 20 staff members watching me hop in pain , unacceptable , if injuries to both legs don't require a wheelchair then why do you have them ?

Better this time. At least this time they listened and read my medical chart and did have me single coming in and married going out and have my family in Orlando that are all dead taking me out of the hospital. Now I am not so scared to come here. I was scared they might cut something off or do an operation on me I didn't need but this time good nurse and techs and Doctor. Hooray
Went into the ER with severe back and chest pains...The entire ER staff and the nurses in the Chest Pain Center were absolutely amazing! They took the time to explain each procedure and my results. Oh yeah, the wait time was zero minutes when I arrived. Efficient and PleasantThanks Guys! You Rock!
