We went on Sunday around 4:30 pm. We had guest in town that got sick. The NP was very nice but not so much the blonde MA who was talking shit about the Villages. I'm so sick and tired of people talking bad about where I live especially when I recommended your location. I won't be back, ever. Maybe hire some professional medical assistants that don't talk about everyone and where they live.
This place is full of rude people. The desk girl was a total jerk and so was the “doctor” I saw. I was feeling pretty bad and the staff made me feel worse. So rude, unprofessional, uncaring, no eye contact. I sincerely hope everyone finds somewhere else to go.
I needed an urgent care visit on Sunday and based on reviews I decided to go to orlando health walk in clinic. Wow! Much better than expected! Staff really nice, did not wait for more than 5 min. Melissa, the nurse practitioner was amazing. Professional, knowledgeable and caring. I was sent to CT scan the following day and kess than 1 hour after the exam got a message from Melissa in my portal with directions.
